1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the k20a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the k20a platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and k20a. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. k20a reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Any use by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and such accounts will be terminated immediately upon confirmation.
These terms apply to all Malaysian users accessing k20a via web browser, mobile app, or any other platform interface provided.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on k20a. Registering more than one account by the same individual is considered a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or at any time thereafter may result in account termination and the freezing of funds held within it pending the outcome of an investigation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notify k20a immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that takes place on your account, whether by you or any other party using your login credentials.
K20a shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

K20a reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal action against anyone who breaches these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the k20a platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own. k20a does not accept deposits or withdrawals using accounts or credit cards belonging to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
